Minimal Interior — Lighting & Material Study

Context

The project started with a clear problem: the existing experience was inconsistent and did not help users complete their goals quickly enough.

My role

I led problem discovery, solution direction, system design and implementation coordination.

Process

1. Gather data and define success criteria.
2. Explore several solution directions.
3. Test, gather feedback and refine.
4. Hand off the work with documentation so the team can extend it.

Outcome

The solution created a clearer experience flow, reduced friction and provided a consistent foundation for the next stages.
